  1. Excellent painting! And the pictures are very good as well. Quite enough of each picture is in focus to get a good view of the details of your minis.

  2. Looks like you did just fine on the photos, Ed. Who's he manufacturer on the Hussars and the Jagers? I'm thinking the latter are RSM, but not sure of the former. Are they RSM as well?

  3. Thanks to both of you. These are all RSM from Dayton Painting Consortium, painted by Fernando Enterprises painting service in Sri Lanka.

In case you didn't notice, you can click on each pic for a MUCH larger version.

  4. "I am NOT a photographer!": you are too modest. Indeed most of the minis are in focus, a precious point that is not always present! Wish I was as good at painting as you are at taking photos.

Your regiments are very good-looking; of course, just makes me all the more eager to discover the next ones (and their 'opposition').

Glad to see you posting again, if that reflects a lightening of the pressures, requirements and bad surprises in 'The Real world™'.

    Best wishes,
    Jean-Louis

  5. Hello there Ed,

Wow! What wonderful figures, especially the hussars, which are GORGEOUS. Your photographic skills aren't half bad either. You are indeed too modest as Jean-Louis notes above. Can't wait to see more of your collection as it grows.

    Best Regards,

    Stokes

  6. They are most likely looking lads. I'm sure that they will perform most bravely on the table top.

I like them a lot. What nationality of RSMs are they? I do like that officer pose (which is not what I have with my RSM Hanoverians).

    I also like your photos . . . you've "framed" them well.

  7. If you mean the infantry officer in the bottom two pictures, Jeff, that's the Prussian Officer with Cane. I've got a couple of them in my own forces.

  8. The hussars and the jagers are from the RSM Prussian range.

those are very attractive units. My compliments to Fernando.

  9. All that is missing is one 'wider' shot taking in the entire mass!

Quite a force you are building there Bogey...

  10. Given that you have noted one Blei-Sammeln, Feldmarschallieutenant...stationed in Hess-Homburg as having certain 'leanings' towards the great court of the Empire in Vienna, perchance you would be interested in contributing towards the story at Österreich Über Alles?
